Below are the most common size lug patterns for Jeep and Dodge vehicles. When adding larger tires you may need to consider the wheel backspacing to eliminate rubbing. Changing the backspacing can be done with new rims taking into consideration of the backspacing built into the design of the rim/wheel or the addition of wheel spacers to change the offset of the wheel. Wheel adapters could also be used if you are looking to mount a wheel with a different lug pattern on your vehicle.
