Two large, 500 amp, hi-powered solenoids means fewer solenoid failures. They feature large series wound motors for endurance. That coupled with low gearing creates better resistance to overheating.
This 47-1490 T-Max Winch features a 3-stage planetary motor, a mechanical brake, free-spooling, power out, a steel winch cable, a 4-way roller fairlead, and a 12 ft. hand-held controller.
